McGuffey Lakes is a Family Community located in Union Township of Clermont County. Our community consists of 260 single-family homes and can be accessed from both Tealtown and Schoolhouse Roads.

Our amenities include, two lakes that are stocked for fishing, tons of green space and walking trails, and a play area for the kids. We have a 4th of July parade and cookout every year and a Community yard sale every summer. McGuffey Lakes is in the West Clermont School District.
